Ingredients
1 Apple
2 cups whole grain flour (I used spelt)
1 banana
2 carrots
2 tsp agave syrup (optional!)
1 packet baking powder (1 tsp?)
1/2 cup almond milk
dash of salt (optional)

Totally winged this one so these are super guesstimates lol
Pre-heat oven to 375. Combine all dry ingredient. Puree apple and banana, shred carrots in food processor. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Scoop onto cookie sheet and bake for approximately 12-15 min (depends on how thick you scoop them). I actually forgot to add the agave syrup when I made them but my banana was super ripe so they were totally sweet enough. Makes 8 huge cookies.

Chunky Monkey 2 Ingredient N(Ice) Cream

9/14/2016

Ingredients (4 scoops)
2 Bananas (incredible overripe)
1 Tbsp milk (cashew is my favorite)
4 Tablespoons of chocolate chips or shaved chocolate

Freeze bananas overnight (I mush mine up and freeze them flat in a bag, easier to handle that way). Blend your frozen bananas until smooth. If they stay a bit tough, add a little bit of milk to make it a little smoother. Fold in the chocolate and set back in the freezer for approximately 30 min to an hour. ENJOY!!

Note: You could add a lot of fun ingredients to this and turn the ice cream into any flavor you want by adding things like vanilla, caramel flavor, frozen berries, etc

This will be a bit of a vague recipe because it really depends on the kind of flavor you like

Ingredients (makes 5 single servings)

Crust:
1/6 cup ground hazelnut
1/6 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
1 teaspoon agave syrup

Filling:
1 1/3 cup of cashews soaked overnight, I let mine soak for two days. SOOO worth it!
lime juice
4 teaspoons agave syrup
5 teaspoons coconut oil, warmed to be liquid

Combine crust ingredients and mush together, it should be a tiny bit sticky, but we will be eating this straight out of a bowl so it doesn't need actually stick. Put it in your tiny containers of choice, form crust.

Throw filling ingredients in a high speed blender, blend until absolutely, heavenly smooth. Add lime juice along the way for the perfect amount of sour.
