1 scoop tropical strawberry superfood blend 1/3 cup coconut shreds (unsweetened) 3-4 tbs coconut oil Instructions
Tip: You can make these in all kinds of flavors... chocolate, vanilla, coffee, .... I will be trying them all!

![]() Ingredients 1 Apple 2 cups whole grain flour (I used spelt) 1 banana 2 carrots 2 tsp agave syrup (optional!) 1 packet baking powder (1 tsp?) 1/2 cup almond milk dash of salt (optional) Totally winged this one so these are super guesstimates lol Pre-heat oven to 375. Combine all dry ingredient. Puree apple and banana, shred carrots in food processor. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Scoop onto cookie sheet and bake for approximately 12-15 min (depends on how thick you scoop them). I actually forgot to add the agave syrup when I made them but my banana was super ripe so they were totally sweet enough. Makes 8 huge cookies. 21 day fix (serving of 2) 1/2 purple 1/2 green 1 yellow (ish) 1/2 spoon (optional)
Key Lime Pie - Mousse (not pie because I don't have the patience to let this set, like ever)5/27/2016 This will be a bit of a vague recipe because it really depends on the kind of flavor you like
Ingredients (makes 5 single servings) Crust: 1/6 cup ground hazelnut 1/6 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut 1 teaspoon agave syrup Filling: 1 1/3 cup of cashews soaked overnight, I let mine soak for two days. SOOO worth it! lime juice 4 teaspoons agave syrup 5 teaspoons coconut oil, warmed to be liquid Combine crust ingredients and mush together, it should be a tiny bit sticky, but we will be eating this straight out of a bowl so it doesn't need actually stick. Put it in your tiny containers of choice, form crust. Throw filling ingredients in a high speed blender, blend until absolutely, heavenly smooth. Add lime juice along the way for the perfect amount of sour. 21 Day Fix Sweet treat for your week off ;) Depending on how much agave you use this could end up counting as: 1 blue 2 spoons Ingredients (makes 6 servings)
Crust: 1 beet 1/3 cup ground nuts (I used hazelnut) agave syrup to taste Filing: 1.5 cup cashews (soak overnight) 2 Tbsp coconut oil (better: coconut meat) Lemon zest Lemon juice to taste Nooch to taste (for the cheesy kick) Agave syrup to taste Berries Beet juice (optional, for color) Throw beet in food processor and grind up into a course meal situation. Drain with cheese cloth, catch juice. Combine dry beet pulp, ground nuts and agave syrup and mush into place as a crust. Blend all filling ingredients except for the berries and beet juice until super creamy. Remove half, blend second half with some berries and the juice for color. Layer up, let it set in the fridge (or not), enjoy1 21 Day Fix Sweet treat for your week off ;) Depending on how much agave you use this could end up counting as: 1 blue 2 tsp Ingredients (makes 2 servings of 4-5 balls, let's not pretend we just eat one)
Filling: 2 tsp peanut butter or 2Tbsp PB2 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 package chocolate shakeology 1/3 cup nuts (I used hazelnuts) Ganache: 2 tsp coconut oil 1/2 scoop chocolate shakelogy Throw all filling ingredients in food processor and blend well. Add water as necessary to make it a relatively dry, formable dough. Roll into balls. Heat coconut oil enough to melt and combine with shakeology for a superfood chocolate ganache. Roll balls in ganache, chill. 21 Day Fix (per serving) 2 tsp 1/2 red 1/2 blue 1/2 yellow Ingredients (makes 2 servings)
1.5 cups silken tofu 1/2 scoop Café Latte Shakeology 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology 1/4 tsp baking powder 6 T almond milk Pinch of salt Blend tofu with Café Latte Shakeology, set aside. In a mug, combine rest of the dry ingredients and mix with a fork. Add almond milk, microwave for 1 min and 50 sec. Layer cake with coffee cream ☕️❤️ 21 Day Fix 1 3/4 ish red |
