Let's talk binge eating and emotional eating! Anybody?? I know that was me all the way and it is still something I struggle with often. The nights when you just keep eating, you know you're not doing your body any good but just can't seem to stop. I would go back and forth between sweet and salty and then feel like I let myself down and like all it lost and eat some more to soothe my soul.
​When I heard that there's a specific program in the making SPECIFICALLY addressing this, I was thrilled!!!! 
We will be launching all the details soon as the test group concludes but I would love to invite you to join us to learn a bit more directly from the ladies testing the program right now. 

This program will be for you if you:
- failed with diets in the past
