21 Day Fix Approved Burrito

Ingredients (2 servings) 
  1. 1.5 cups TVP (textured vegetable protein)
  2. 2 Tortillas 
  3. 1/2 cup cubed bell pepper
  4. 1/2 cup cheery tomatoes
  5. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  6. 1/2 cup lettuce
  7. 2 tsp agave syrup
  8. Balsamic vingar to taste
  9. Spices to taste: pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic powder
  10. 2 tsp olive oil or grape-seed oil
  11. 2 tablespoons greek yogurt

Instructions
  1. Spray pan with oil, once it is heated add your onions and bell pepper. Fry it up :). About 5 min in add the TVP. Season to taste, add 1 tsp agave syrup and balsamic vinegar to taste.
  2. In the mean time, add yogurt, small splash of balsamic vinegar, mustard spices and 1 tsp agave syrup to make a yogurt sauce.
  3. Load up your tortilla  and enjoy!
