Jamaican Jerk Bowl (on a plate)

Ingredients 
2 cup mixed veggies (I used bellpepper, lettuce, tomatoes and zucchini)
1/4 onion
3/4 cup of crumbles (I used Boca crumbles)
1/2 cup brown rice
1 tsp oil
Jamaican Jerk spice (I used Flavor God)

Instructions
  1. Cook rice according to instruction on package
  2. Add oil to pan and heat to medium heat. Add crumbles and onion. Sauté according to package (10 minutes in my case)
  3. In another pan sauté half of your veggies. Keep the other half fresh for crunch
  4. Season with Jamaican Jerk seasoning (I used Flavor God)
  5. Combine all the deliciousness in a bowl

         1 yellow
