Ingredients (4-6 servings)
2 cups of tomato
1 bell pepper
1/2 onion
1 cup kale
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Tofurkey Italian (4 sausages)
Agave syrup (4 tsp or to taste)
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Burger buns (whole grain)


Instructions
  1. Chop up sausages in food processor, chop onions.
  2. Puree bell pepper, tomatoes and kale in food processor. Set aside
  3. Sautee onion, then add sausage to crisp up a little.
  4. Add veggie puree, pecans and agave syrup. Add balsamic vinegar to taste

21 Day Fix
        2 yellow (depending on bun)
        1 red
        1 green
        3/4 blue
        1 spoon
