Milk Makers - milk boosting no bake balls

Ingredients 
1Tbs brewers yeast (I ground up 3 tablets = 1 daily serving)
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup cooked quinoa
1 date 
3 Tbs walnuts
1 Tbs flax seed

optional
1/2 scoop Shakeology or cocoa powder
vanilla extract

 
Instructions
Grind up flax seed in a food processor, then add the rest of the ingredients. Add teaspoons of water to get a consistency that is not too wet, sticky and allows you to easily form little balls. If you do not use Shakeology you may need to add an extra teaspoon of agave syrup or another date to add some sweetness. 
 
 
21 Day Fix
   1 yellow
   1 blue
   1/2 orange
   1 teaspoon
   1/2 red

​Tip: If you are looking to get into shape while nursing, make sure you drink plenty of water, account for the calories you need to produce milk (500 if exclusively breastfeed, 250 if baby has started solids), try to get as much rest as possible, try to stress less and nurse more, and add tons of galactagogues into your diet. Galactagogues are foods that increase milk production and you can easily find lists of those online. I made it a point to ONLY use galactagogues in this recipe so it is as big of a bang for you caloric buck as you can get.
