Ready-Made Soup in a Jar

Ingredients (makes 2 jars)
  1. Half a cup of brown rice noodles
  2. Fresh (or frozen) veggies of choice. I used bell pepper, spring onion, broccoli, frozen soup mix.  
  3. Dried veggie stock (read the label! Make sure it isn't loaded with salt and fat)
  4. Pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, liquid aminos to taste
  5. Tofu/Seitan/TVP crumbs

Ingredient ideas: use lime, ginger, and frozen asian veggie mix

Instructions
  1. Chop veggies as necessary
  2. Put all ingredients in the jar. Take with you on the go.
  3. When you are ready to eat, add boiling water, let sit for a couple of minutes.

Tip: The glass gets hot!!! Don't burn yourself :)

21 Day Fix (vegan/vegetarian)
         1 red
         1 yellow
         1 green

         1 spoon (depending on the stock you use)
